Our Warranties

At The Grove Dental, we genuinely care about the long-term health and happiness of your smile. Our dentists offer a warranty as a reflection of their commitment to high-quality care. Because each dentist takes responsibility for their own work, warranties apply only to treatment provided by the same clinician. If that clinician is no longer part of The Grove Dental team, our principal dentist will be more than happy to assist and guide you with the next steps.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

  • Biological factors (e.g. new decay, gum disease, bone loss, underlying medical conditions)
  • Damage due to parafunctional habits (e.g. teeth grinding, clenching, nail biting)
  • Trauma or accidents (e.g. sports injuries, falls)
  • Improper use (e.g. opening bottles using teeth, biting on crab claws etc)
  • Change of mind (e.g. dissatisfaction with shade, shape, appearance after completion)
  • Alternative treatment options (e.g. choosing a filling instead of a recommended crown)
  • Failure to wear a prescribed occlusal splint
  • Treatment performed or modified by another practice/provider

YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO MAINTAIN YOUR WARRANTY

To keep your warranty active, it’s important to stay on top of your ongoing care. Your warranty will be void if the following aren’t maintained:

  • Attending regular hygiene appointments every 3–6 months at The Grove Dental
  • Completing any recommended x-rays and exams
  • Wearing your splint or retainer as advised, and bringing them to all appointments for assessment
  • Following all care instructions and any prescribed treatments deemed necessary by our team to maintain excellent oral hygiene and prevent future infection

Maintenance and hygiene visits are not included in treatment costs. Failure to maintain your oral health may lead to complex and costly complications.

We value your continued support and for the opportunity to care for you and your family. Thank you very much for your understanding and cooperation.
