TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Our Comprehensive Dental Assessment & Clean offer is valid for new and existing patients of The Grove Dental that have valid dental extras cover with their private health insurance. Patients must present their health fund card on the day of their appointment for the offer to be claimed on the spot via HICAPS. This offer is subject to payment by the health fund and health fund terms and conditions including annual limits and eligibility. The patient will be responsible for the full payment of the service if payment is not made by the health fund. Check with your health fund prior to your appointment. Total health fund rebate has to be a minimum of $249 for adults 12 years old and over, or $149 for children under 12 years old for this offer to be gap-free.
  2. Free Consultations are to determine suitability for treatment and to advise options and prices. There is no obligation to proceed with any treatment as a result of this offer. Free consultations are generally 15-30 minutes in duration. Any records taken during a free consultation (e.g. x-rays, photos, scans) are to be used for the purpose of diagnosis, planning and treatment at The Grove Dental. Full fees will apply should a request be made for records to be released.
  3. Our Zoom Teeth Whitening Special Offer ends on 31st December 2026. Patients must have had a dental clean within the last six months and be a suitable candidate for whitening treatment.
  4. To maintain enrolment in our White Teeth For Life Loyalty Program and be eligible for free whitening top-ups, patients must attend every 4-6 months (as directed by your dental professional) for maintenance cleans.

  5. Each promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion and are not substitutable or redeemable for cash. To redeem a promotion, the patient must mention the promotion when booking the appointment. Services will only be provided when suitable and appropriate. Additional treatment may be recommended at an additional cost. Any additional treatment and cost will be discussed with you before being carried out. Prices are subject to change.
